Therapeutic Coaching

Therapeutic Coaching is a supportive space for times in life that feel uncertain, heavy, or transitional.

It’s for the seasons where something has shifted — or needs to — and you’re finding your footing again.

This may include:

Grief and loss

Divorce or relationship changes

Anxiety and emotional overwhelm

Empty nest transitions

Menopause and identity shifts

Career changes or professional uncertainty

A sense of feeling stuck, flat, or disconnected from yourself

These moments don’t mean something is wrong with you.
They often mean something in your life is evolving.

In our sessions, we gently explore what feels stuck, untangle patterns and limiting beliefs, and create space for clarity to emerge.

Some sessions are simply thoughtful conversation — reflective, steady, grounded.
At times, we may incorporate somatic awareness or energetic insight if it feels supportive and aligned. There is no pressure and no expectation.

Coaching for Self Mastery

Strengthening inner leadership. Aligning perception, energy, and action.

Coaching for Self-Mastery is forward-focused and developmental. It is for those who feel ready to step into greater clarity, steadiness, and intentional living.

This work is about self-leadership — the ability to regulate your emotions, think clearly under pressure, and show up in a way that reflects who you truly are.

Over the years, I’ve supported individuals navigating leadership roles, business growth, and high-responsibility environments, alongside parents, partners, and entrepreneurs who simply want to respond to life with more confidence and clarity.

Because self-mastery is not about titles.
It’s about how you lead yourself.

When you strengthen your internal leadership, you naturally bring out the best in those around you — whether that’s in your family, your workplace, or your wider community.

This work supports you to:

Sessions are primarily conversational and strategic. Where helpful, we may integrate embodied or energetic awareness — always collaboratively and intentionally.

This is about becoming internally steady, perceptive, and self-directed — so that your presence supports those around you without force or pressure.

90 minutes | £150 per session
Weekly or fortnightly to begin, adapting as momentum builds
Focused, strategic, and attuned guidance

“Support your body, mind, and emotional wellbeing.”

Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage

A gentle, specialized massage that supports circulation, hormonal balance, digestion, and emotional clarity. Particularly helpful during peri-menopause and menopause, it can reduce bloating, support restful sleep, and help you feel lighter and more aligned.

This can be booked as a stand-alone treatment, or it can be integrated into the wider therapeutic or coaching work we do together.

Post-treatment guidance:

Drink 2–3 litres of water per day to support detoxification and integration.

Enhances both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Session details:

60–90 minutes - Introductory offer £50 for a limited time

Can be combined with therapeutic or coaching sessions for full embodiment.
