My Approach
At The Shift Space, my work is guided by a simple but powerful belief: true growth happens when we create space for kindness, safety, and authenticity. As a mother, a fellow traveler figuring out life, and a therapist who deeply cares, I’m here to walk alongside you — helping you reconnect with your true self and the wisdom that already lives within.
I hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, and over the years I’ve woven in mindset work, coaching, somatic awareness, and metaphysical principles to support the energetic side of healing — the stuff that doesn’t always have words.
Therapy with me isn’t about ticking boxes or chasing perfection. It’s about slowing down, tuning in, and meeting yourself with curiosity instead of judgment. I offer a space where you can stop masking, stop performing, and start listening to the parts of you that have been waiting to be heard.
I won’t push you to talk about things you’re not ready for. I won’t expect you to be anyone but yourself. What I will do is show up with honesty, care, and respect for the unique rhythm of your journey.
